At Sanderson, we recruit a wide variety of Business Change & Transformation contractors and candidates, from Business Change Directors through to Programme Office Consultants.
Our Business Change & Transformation team is made of a number of specialist recruitment consultants, each working their own niche ‘vertical market’. Our team has one of the best retention rates in the industry and many years experience. Our people offer a truly consultative service. We are dedicated specialists, taking the time to understand what our candidates do and want and getting the right fit for both clients and candidates alike.
Our People
Will is a specialist in the recruitment of high level business change consultants and directors for both permanent and contract roles. He has recruited interim business change directors for some of the UK’s leading financial services companies and manages some of Sanderson’s largest clients. He joined Sanderson as a trainee consultant after graduating in American Studies & History from the University of Kent in 2000. As well as his recruitment responsibilities, Will now manages our Business Change & Transformation team.

Amy Shaw
Amy specialises in the recruitment of Project and Programme Office Consultants within the business change market. After a varied early career including finance and events co-ordination she joined Sanderson as a trainee, quickly establishing herself as a niche Consultant. Amy graduated in 2004 from the University of the West of England with a BSc in Equine Science.

Andy Oliver
Andy joined Sanderson in 2005. He is a specialist in the recruitment of contract Business Analysts for blue chip clients across the UK. Andy started at Sanderson as a Trainee Consultant after graduating from the University of Wales Cardiff in Geography and completing a year travelling throughout Australia and South East Asia.
